My Bio

I am an expert facialist with a beauty therapy background, qualified at level 4 with a Certificate in Clinical Skin Aesthetics, a qualification I co-developed. I have accrued over 30 years experience of providing skin treatments and education and training and I am well respected and known in the industry as a specialist in my field. In addition to having my treatment clinic, I work part time for CIBTAC where I am the Qualification Development Lead developing innovative and higher level qualifications for the beauty and aesthetic treatment sector. 

My professional and industry experience has taken a dual pathway and I have been very lucky to have been able to combine having my own salon and clinics, alongside working in the wider industry and in education.

I have worked with many high profile beauty and aesthetic companies, where my expertise has been sought to provide treatment skill knowledge and best practice, with multiple treatment technologies, for cosmeceutical product science across many brands and higher level knowledge on aspects of skin health, skin science and skin analysis.

I am a qualified teacher, assessor and examiner and have worked in colleges across the country leading beauty and aesthetics programmes and have developed higher level qualifications, including a foundation degree in aesthetics. I have worked closely with examining bodies and regulatory bodies, including the JCCP and CIBTAC, with whom I helped to facilitate national accreditation for a suite of level 4 aesthetic qualifications, qualifications I also co-developed in an education director role for Sally Durant.

I love the broad and wide range of experiences I am able to have in this industry and it has enabled me to select some of the best, most clinically proven treatments and products to have in my clinic, all of which ensures I can work to get the best results possible.

I am actually never happier than when I am in the treatment room working with my clients, providing a personal one to one service, tailoring and providing bespoke treatments for maximum results. If you choose to come to me I will promise to look after you as best I can and deliver the results you are seeking.

My Approach

I have created a lovely professional private treatment room on the ground floor of my house on Arosa Drive.

I aim to provide a professional warm welcome and a relaxing environment within which everyone is welcome. I have been in the industry a long time, both as a practitioner and an educator and I have a wealth of knowledge related to skin, so whether you visit me regularly, or just occasionally, you can trust me to bespoke your treatment programme to give maximise results and to satisfy your needs and expectations. 

I have some amazing technologies and product brands to work with and have created some fantastic facial treatments. your journey will however start with an in depth consultation at which you will be able to talk to me about your skin and what you hope to achieve from your treatments and your time with me. Together we will consider the options, the costs and decide on a treatment pathway.
